Nestled in the heart of Gers’ golden triangle, Mas Gascon entices with its blend of simplicity and sophistication. The inviting living space and fully equipped kitchen open up to a spacious bay window, providing stunning views of the countryside and the Pyrenees. All 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms enjoy the same fabulous view. Swimming pool, pool bar, 4 terraces, a petanque court, and an electric vehicle charging point are included among the facilities.
Rooms & bathrooms
The 4 bedrooms – each uniquely decorated, come with their own ensuite bathroom and separate toilet. The high-end bedding includes twin beds that can be pushed together (in 2 bedrooms) and king-size beds (in the other 2 bedrooms). An extra bed is available for young children. The bathrooms are equipped with a thermostatic shower and a bathtub.

The amenities
The kitchen comes complete with a convection oven, a microwave, a large 430-litre refrigerator-freezer, a dishwasher, a washer-dryer, and a bean-to-cup espresso machine… The living room boasts an inset fireplace. Reversible air conditioning is installed throughout the entire house.
Swimming Pool & Pool Bar
The swimming pool, fitted with an alarm and designed to be child-safe, is slightly raised above the house due to the natural terrain. Over 100m2 of terrace space surrounds it, ideal for enjoying lunches under a parasol and relaxing during long summer evenings. Sun loungers, coffee tables, and an outdoor shower complete these amenities. Bath towels are provided. The pool bar is equipped with a sink, a two-burner induction cooktop, a fridge, a coffee machine, and a Bluetooth speaker. In front of the pool bar, an oak table with benches is ready for family or friends’ lunches under the shade of a large parasol.

Yoga mats are available on-site. Settle on the lawn or on one of the terraces, facing the Pyrenees, and breathe. Nadia Rostaing, who spent over 20 years in India, lives in the village of Marsolan. A physician and doctor in yoga therapy, she will guide you through your exercises if you wish.

Napping is an art. A hammock under the old oak tree, sheltered from the sun, will help you drift into a gentle drowsiness… a restorative moment.

A hidden bench on a small promontory awaits lovers who wish to enjoy the view in complete privacy.

Compete with family or friends on the private pétanque court in front of the house. A stone bench welcomes the spectators. Petanque balls are provided.

A free and rarely used municipal court is located less than 300 meters from the house. Don’t forget your rackets.
