The Mas Gascon, its Villa, its Spa and its Pool form the heart of the estate. The whole combines contemporary design with the authenticity of old stone buildings, some dating back to 1776. The houses are tastefully furnished. Particular care is given to every detail to make your stay even more enjoyable. Numerous amenities are graciously available for your exclusive use: electric charging station, saltwater pool with panoramic views, pool bar, 4 terraces, a hidden spot for private conversations, hammock, sauna, hammam, massage and relaxation room… pétanque court, cinema room, telescope, plancha…
The Mas and its Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests in absolute comfort. 2 adjoining houses, 6 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, allowing you to stay together while preserving everyone’s privacy.

The Mas Gascon
The cosy living room and fully equipped kitchen open onto a large bay window from which you can admire the exceptional and ever-changing view. The 4 bedrooms, understated and refined, each with a private bathroom and WC, one of them with a bathtub, all enjoy this same fabulous view. The premium bedding will restore the pleasure of long nights of sleep. You can enjoy lunch or dinner indoors or on the main terrace of the Mas overlooking the garden.
WiFi, reversible air conditioning in every room, wood-burning stove, TV lounge, Bluetooth Hi-Fi system, board games, chess set, candles for a more intimate atmosphere… everything has been carefully considered for your comfort (see the “With our compliments” section below for the full list of available amenities.)
The Villa
The Villa’s kitchen, identical to that of the Mas but more spacious, features a movable central island where 12 guests can sit together. The living room is furnished with modular contemporary pieces, perfect for spending time with friends by the fireplace or watching a film on the giant screen. On the ground floor, there is a first spacious bedroom with bathroom, WC and its own private terrace. Upstairs, the second bedroom also enjoys a fabulous view over the pool and the Gascony countryside. Premium bedding awaits for a deep and restful sleep.

The Pool & its Pool Bar
Just a few steps from the two houses, the pool has a world of its own, with its Pool bar (fridge, induction hobs, sink, coffee machine, secure outdoor glassware), its pergola dressed with white curtains concealing an outdoor massage bed, and its elegant sun loungers. Morning coffee, lunch in the sun or sunset drinks — it is easy to grow attached to this place. Pool towels are, of course, provided.
The Spa
The hammam, clad in blue and black ceramic, is directly accessible from the living room. A shower is available nearby. The sauna is located on the terrace opposite the entrance to the Villa. A relaxation area is set up close by.
On the ground floor, there is also a massage and relaxation room where you can meditate or simply unwind. For massages, a list of local professionals is available. This space is also equipped with a Dream Machine (www.dream-machine.tech), a photostimulation device using light frequencies to soothe the mind, awaken the senses and take you on… improbable journeys!
Bathrobes and slippers are graciously provided. Yoga mats are also available. Settle yourself on the lawn or one of the terraces, facing the Pyrenees, and breathe. A yoga teacher is available by reservation, should you wish.
With our compliments
Your relaxation and comfort are our priority. We have done everything possible to ensure that you want for nothing. In addition to the features described above, here are some of the amenities available for both houses: electric charging station (Witty), pétanque balls, hammock, baby beds and high chairs, ironing board, washing machines (laundry and dishes)…
Please also note that a municipal tennis court, available without reservation (you will very easily find space), is located 300 metres from the estate.
Bed linen, bath and pool towels, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap (Nuxe products), hairdryer, toilet paper and paper towels are also graciously provided, not to mention firewood for winter or a generous tray of around twenty condiments and culinary herbs.
Of course, end-of-stay cleaning is included. For bookings longer than 10 days, a full cleaning service during the stay, including a change of bed linen and towels, is also included in the rental. For shorter stays, this service can also be arranged for an additional €200, payable on site.
